Questions
- Is memory smaller on Free?
- No. Memory depth is never the lever — every plan gets full memory, recall, and search over everything Nexus has captured. Paid plans add reach: more connected accounts, your own schedules, hosted runtime, and team spaces.
- What's the difference between local and hosted runs?
- The local agent runs on your own machine, billed to your own Claude subscription or API key, and is unlimited on every plan. Hosted runs execute on Nexus's infrastructure with our key — Free includes a one-time 10-run trial so your first briefs work before you decide anything.
- Can I bring my own Anthropic API key?
- Yes — on every plan, hosted runs can bill your own key instead of ours. Your key is encrypted at rest and only ever used for your runs.
- What happens if I downgrade?
- Connections you already made keep working — only creating new ones past the Free cap is gated. Your memory and data are untouched, and exporting everything is always free.
- How does Team billing work?
- The Team subscription attaches to the owner's account with per-seat pricing, and only the owner manages billing. Team members' personal spaces keep their own plans.
